there for three years it was a little bittersweet, but I purchased a home, so it was time to move, but I really enjoyed my apartment. The staff the leasing office maintenance. They always make sure if there was any issues that they were taken care of very quickly. I really enjoyed staying in that apartment. It was a luxury apartment with luxury amenities that we use quite often for myself very quiet neighborhood I always brag about living here a little bittersweet because I again had to leave. Had some great times there. Enjoy the community and again the staff was great. It’s like we were family I would recommend staying here 10/10
We just moved here and absolutely love it so far! Kellan and Brandi helped us with all the paperwork and moving in and were really kind and helpful (it was also my first time moving, so they helped with any mistakes/confusion on paperwork quickly and kindly!) and the process was really easy for being out of state. We had a few things for maintenance we asked when we moved in and they came really quick and were super nice when they did. Parking is nice here and garages are optional and I’ve enjoyed having the choice between the both. The views here are really pretty too and everything smarthome in the apartment is helpful and added security. So far I’m really enjoying the community and I love our apartment!!
If you want to live in a complex with constant car break-ins/theft, dog poop everywhere and an incompetent staff... Circa Fitzsimons is for you!!! We've lived here since the previous property management and to say the complex has gone downhill since Equity took over is an understatement. The place is filthy. Garbages are constantly overflowing and poop is literally everywhere. The safety is even worse than the cleanliness. My car's wheel has been stolen and my husband's car was just broken into...along with dozens of other resident's property. The staff doesn't care about their residents. They make empty promises and take weeks to complete important maintenance requests. They have been promising cameras to "improve security" for months. I HIGHLY recommend you avoid this place like the plague. Circa Fitzsimons will give you nothing but headaches.
The neighborhood is good don't let bad reviews fool you. I have lived in bad neighborhoods before this is nowhere near a bad neighborhood. Also stanley market place is right down the road, Nature preserve and bike path across the street, close to airport easy to get downtown. The Apartment is great on the inside as well. In the office I have worked with Amanda to handle all of my paperwork and other concerns. She is always helpful and very professional while at the same time she has the good neighbor vibes going that make you feel welcome. After a year I have no complaints!!! Great place to Live.

Over the 2 years of being here, I really love this community and management team. I’ve not had a problem with a car break in with a garage they offer which is such a nice feature. The apartment has so many luxurious aspects like a gas stove, floor to ceiling windows, upgraded appliances, and so much more. I enjoy using the hot tub, salt water pool, and Bier garden way more than I thought, and the gym has been great. The amenities are top notch, the management is professional, especially Ashley, Amanda and Kellan. They know their stuff and have been great. Matt and the maintenance team take care of everything promptly and are effective.
Overall a peaceful spot near parks with grocery down the road.
Circa Fitzsimons is a wonderful complex with the friendliest staff! The main office and maintenance have been especially diligent and attentive. The community is always clean and inviting! 6 stars for Circa Fitzsimons!!
